Do we test and use our products?

 Absolutely everyday. We are cruelty free as we test on husbands and friends. 

 

When am I billed?

 Billing happens immediately upon purchasing your first subscription, then depending on the frequency that you have selected, re-billing occurs on the 15th of the month for the regular and shower box and the 11th for the deluxe box.   

 

Do you Ship Internationally?

 YES! We now ship our subscription boxes Canada! We also ship to APO addrssess. Please keep in mind that our prices are only shown in USD  even at checkout.  

 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

  We hope that you never want to, but if you wish to cancel your subscription follow these steps after logging in to your account. Click the " edit " button under your active subscriptions. Cancel the subscription, then click " change ". If you cancel before being billed, your cancellation will happen immediately.
If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged and your cancellation will go into effect the future month.  

 

What is your refund policy?

 Your happiness with my product is what it is all about and I want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. In the event an item does not arrive in good condition please contact at me frontrangesoaps@yahoo.com  and I will make it right. After boxes have been shipped, all sales are final and any subscription payments, shipping, and handling costs are non-refundable. If your order has yet to be shipped, refunds will be issued on a case by case basis.
